He was born in Kütahya. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kütahya; He completed his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University. In addition to his academic articles, he has columns and visual studies published on various platforms. He took part in various non-governmental organizations, socio-political institutions and organizations. He is still working as an Income Specialist at the Istanbul Tax Office. He is a member of the PEN Writers' Association.
