Returns and Exchanges

You can send your order to the courier company we have specified within 15 days from the date you receive it, with a counter payment, and make an exchange or refund. There are no refunds for personalized products. Returns of used, opened packaging or products that have lost their originality for similar reasons are not accepted. Products must be returned as received.

There are no refunds or exchanges for overseas sales.

Payments made by credit card are reflected in your account within a maximum of 2 weeks. Delays caused by the bank are not the responsibility of our company.

Payments made by wire transfer are sent back to your account within 1 week. IBAN and Account information will be requested before shipping.
